Good Morning Smart Humans!
Here is the link for Ch. 9 and 10 of Tuck Everlasting. I tried a new format today and there is a guest speaker joining me on the podcast :). In your Tuck Everlasting packets you should be able to comfortable complete most of pages 14 and 15. Please note that the FOCUS ACTIVITY is hard to complete. We would have discussed this in class and in groups to complete, so it is acceptable to leave that one blank. Thanks! Happy reading and stay magical, Mrs. Lee Ch. 9 and 10

A few thoughts about ELA starting March 13, 2020: 1. Read your novels! Read every day and use your reading log to keep track of your thoughts on your novel. 2. Complete your project: The project will still be due on April 8th. Your choices have not changed yet, but I understand if you need to get creative, especially if you're making a game-board. DO NOT worry about using special materials or going to the store to buy fancy glitter. Be creative and use what you have at home (with parent permission of course!). 3. Tuck Everlasting Our daily read aloud will continue! I will post videos or voice recordings daily of our March is Reading Month novel. Follow along in your packet that will be passed out in ELA March 13th. If you do not have the packet, see the resource page for a copy. 4. Poetry will live forever!!!! (name the poetic devices used) We have five more poems to write. I will send or post you mini lessons on our poems. Once they are completed I will send out a template for our anthologies. 5. Be kind to each other. 6. Help around the house. 7. READ, WRITE, LISTEN, CREATE A PODCAST, BE CREATIVE, GET FRESH AIR, BE AWESOME! Good Morning Tappan Students, Parents, and Caretakers:
