April 15, 2019 Good Morning Tappan Families,
Happy Monday! Welcome to your weekly English Language Arts email. See below for information about your child’s class. Please note that this email features both information for 6th and 8th grade classes so please make sure to look for your grade level. On a different note your child may notice that I am not as present as I usually am in their classroom this week. I unexpectedly lost my step-dad this weekend and have been spending time with family working on funeral arrangements. Weather reminder: Dress in layers. Our ELA classroom runs cool in the morning and warm to uncomfortable in the afternoon. April/May Office Hours: I will be available most Mondays after school until 4:00 p.m. If a student takes the late bus home they will be escorted down to Homework Club to continue working until 4:30. Please reach out if you would like to meet after school on a day other than Monday Thank you and have an amazing week.
